Awl Good!

Great quality and service. I love how every tool I’ve ever purchased from Bridge City, comes packaged in a beautiful padded box. The Scratch Awl I ordered, works great. I like the feel of the handle. Great for doing layout work.

Great scratch all. Never thought I needed them till I purchased the set. All shops should get a set like these.

Scratch awl

Wow! Top quality.
I have always used knives or pencils for marking, but with the extended length and angle, I can see myself using this for marking and can’t wait to try out.

Very nice scratch awl that's well made and heavy duty enough to last many years. Very sharp tip that's great for hole & screw marks and it can be used to lay lines. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is one: if I'm paying top dollar for a tool then that tool should be made in USA. These are made in China with a made in USA price tag. The other reason is the anodized part of the tool, yes its a beautiful blue color but the color comes off very easily if it's dropped or bumps into another tool. I have Woodpeckers tools that are anodized red and they've taken way more abuse with far less color loss to the anodizing. Bridge City Tools you guys need some level 3 anodizing that will stick and take abuse.
