Shipping policy

    • We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours for Bridge City Tools and 48 hours for Harvey Machines. However, due to a high volume of orders, you can expect your order to ship in 3-5 business days. This information should be used as a general guide and is not guaranteed.

    • Ground shipments may take 3-5 business days. Please note that UPS and USPS no longer guarantee their transit times.

    • If you alter the mailing address after placing your order, there can be extra fees involved. You won't be able to modify your address after your order ships.

    • Please note that any advertised FLAT shipping rate applies to the continental United States (excluding HI, AK, Territories, and territories and islands). Additional fees may apply for shipping outside the continental United States.

    • Any item ordered outside of the United States is subject to import customs taxes depending on the customs policies of different countries. Additionally, customers must provide their own customs broker for orders outside of the United States.

    • Harvey Woodworking Only: Flat rate shipping charges only cover the following per each order: insurance, appointment delivery, lift gate services, and curbside drop-off. If you wish to have indoor delivery, additional fees apply. Contact us at info@harveywoodworking.com for more information.

    BACK ORDERS

    • If nothing else is provided, out-of-stock items will be put on backorder and shipped out as soon as they become available. The website's estimated ship dates can be used to estimate when a product will run out of stock. Before placing an order, be sure to pay special attention to this.

      Returns without prior authorization are not acceptable. Contact our Customer Service Department at 888-211-0397 or info@HarveyWoodworking.com or info@bridgectiytools.com to get an authorized return label before returning the merchandise. Be prepared to provide original purchase information such as: purchase order number, confirmation number, and/or invoice number.

      Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.


      Return Packing requirements:

      ● All non-defective returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection upon its return.

      ●All items must be shipped back to our address (address will depend on your region. Refer to the website for an address or shipping label), and you must email us the tracking number with your order number in the subject line.

      ●Please notate your order number on the outside of the package.


      Inspection/Repair on Returned Merchandise

      ●After Harvey receives the returned merchandise, it takes approximately ten (10) business days to inspect and set up your replacement order or refund. It may take slightly longer during extremely busy times.

      ●Extra time will be required if we repair the merchandise you returned, which is also for ordering replacement parts and then make repairs.


      Refunds:

      ● Refunds will be processed after inspection on the returned merchandise.

      ● Returns may receive a full refund via store credit

      ● Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Non-defective returns may incur a 5% cancellation/ restocking fee.

      ● All orders charged via credit card will be charged a non-refundable 5% online payment processing fee. 

      ● Return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund if there’s no manufacturing defect on the merchandise or the defect/damage can be fixed.

      ● If there’s any manufacturing defect that Harvey can not fix, Harvey will give a full refund.

      ●If the original payment is by credit card or PayPal, we will credit your original form of payment or issue a Gift Certificate.


      IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

      ●Products returned in used condition cannot be accepted & credit will be denied.

      ●Unauthorized Non-Warranty returns may be assessed additional restocking fees.

      ●In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related shipping charges.

      ●Returned to sender (freight collect), or disposed of without credit issuance, Harvey Industries International is not responsible for additional tools or modifications sold or performed (other than from/by Harvey Industries International). Warranty may be voided upon the addition of such described tools and/or modifications, determined on a case-by-case basis by Harvey Industries International.
