chuck loosens

Excellent size and feel, very smooth action. But, trying to back out some pretty tight square drive screws, the chuck started to slip and not turn the bit, realized the chuck was unthreading a little. Clamping a hex bit into a vise, was able to tighten it back up. Driving screws, no doubt would cause it to self tighten.

Very small . This product was made for a child's hands. No chuck was included . Should really send it back.
