A true gem for all of the smaller projects I put together, easy to adjust, push or pull results in smooth cuts.

I’ve used this plane for years and I use it more than any other plane in my shop. It might be true that it is used more often than all the planes in my shop!

I just bought two more — one for my grand daughter who is getting into the remodeling trades. The other to turn into a dedicated chamfering tool.

Razor sharp out of the box, beautiful box might I add. Excellent craftsmanship all around. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Only thing that could make it better would some type of scale for the depth adjustment or positive stops at common increments. But now I’m just being picky, it is perfect! Thank you to everyone there at bridge city tools!

Used the plane on edging and it performed extremely well. Easy adjustments a great plus for users.

Some suggestions, … would be nice to be provide a belt clip on type protective holder. Please see pic attached. This was from Amazon for $7 bucks. Works perfectly. Also, suggest counter sinking the 4 screws that fasten the side “sleds”. This way the plane can be used to “shoot” across say, cleaning up a rabbit joint. It works very well for this, All I needed to do is remove one of “sleds” and it worked fine. By counter sinking, I would not have to remove the sled, and actually think it would work better due to the larger surface area of the side of the “sled”. At the same time I realize you want to keep the cost down, so these suggestions probably would involve more expense to supply. But maybe worth it?
